2020 Fall Ski Training Schedule
Week of October 19, 2020

Monday – October 19
No practice
Tuesday – October 20
Ski jumping – 6:00 – 7:30 pm. Be ready at 6:00 pm to do team stretches and immos first. That means get to the Ski Bowl a few minutes before 6:00 pm to have your temperature taken.
Wednesday – October 21
Cross country skiing – GAP session – 4:00 pm. Meet at Suicide Bowl. Bring your short poles. Come dressed appropriately for outdoor athletic activity.

Thursday – October 22
Ski jumping – 6:00 – 7:30 pm. Last Fall Ski Jumping Session.
Be ready at 6:00 pm to do team stretches and immos first. That means get to the Ski Bowl a few minutes before 6:00 pm to have your temperature taken.
A NOTE FROM THE ISC EQUIPMENT MANAGER:
Please return all ISC-owned ski jumping equipment at the end of practice this week. If you will not be attending practice this week, please arrange with Kim Larson (906) 869-2127 a time to return it ASAP. ISC will make repairs as needed prior to winter jumping. Donations toward repairs (cash, or a check payable to Ishpeming Ski Club) are appreciated.
Friday – October 23
Cross country skiing – GAP session – 4:00 pm. Meet at Suicide Bowl. Dress appropriately for the weather. Arrive and be ready to run for fun (well, we might run too, but it will be fun).
Saturday – October 24
Work Bee – 10:00am Prep the K13, K25, K40 hills for winter. Bring work gloves & wear old work clothes.
Cross country skiing – Rollerskiing – 3:00pm Dump Run Rollerski Time Trial #4. Meet at the IOHT in Negaunee (Jackson St & Tobin St).
Ski jumping – No ski jumping until there is snow.
Sunday – October 25
No practice
